Purchasing Domain Names

Maintenance includes: adding and deleting photo's with descriptions and upon request by owner - a one time submission of completed site to search engines.

If Owner wants full responsibility of maintaining website upon completion of pages - total of project due before copies of finished project are provided. Any and all changes once the website has been posted, will be the responsibility of the owner. 

*Image reconstruction for placement in gallery will be billed per hourly rate to be agreed upon at start of project.
(includes scanning of photo's)

House calls for computer related problems or private lessons billed at a minimum hourly rate of $20.00 and may increase depending on the attitude of the client. All rates and subsequent increases to be discussed prior to any work beginning.

 E-Commerce Retail Website Plan

Non-refundable deposit + Monthly Maintenance Fee to be billed quarterly for minimum of 2 years. If contract is cancelled by the client previous to the 2 year limit, then payment will be due in FULL prior to release of website templates, copies of pages and/or artwork provided or created for said website. (not to exceed 20 hours per year - Additional work will be billed per hourly rate agreed upon at start of project)

    2 Year Maintenance includes:
  • Adding and deleting product images/descriptions/page content. (not to exceed 20 hours per year - Additional work will be billed at hourly rate agreed upon at start of project)
  • Monthly Submission of completed pages to search engines with Optimization.
  • Serve as Technical and Administrative Contact for Domain name to insure Domain name security for length of Maintenance contract. If client chooses to end said contract, payment in full for remaining length of contract must be paid prior to release of passwords, website templates, copies of website pages, and/or any artwork provided or created for said website.

Secure Shopping Carts - starting with 5mbs of space start at $800 + monthly Hosting fee*
*Hosting fee will be billed by Hosting company to the customer and is not included in the maintenance package. Additional data storage for larger sites can be purchased and will be billed by hosting company.
**Training on Administration of shopping cart will be the sole responsiblity of website owner unless otherwise agreed upon at start of project. Additional time will be billed at the hourly rate agreed upon at start of project.**

Additional Site Pages will be billed per hourly rate to be determined at start of project, with begining price to be $50.00 minimum per page.

Data Entry - billed per hourly rate agreed upon at start of project.

Purchasing Domain Names

*1centwiz.com has the right to charge appropriate prices for Domain name purchases, server posting charges in addition to an hourly rate agreed upon at start of project. 1centwiz.com will serve as Technical and Administrative contacts for domain names unless other arrangements are made upon start of website construction project.

Transfers of Website Domain Names built by One Cent Wiz Web Consulting to individual customer accounts will incur a one-time fee based on the agreed upon hourly rate and will only take place once final payment of the 2-year maintenance contract is fulfilled and all outstanding balances are paid in full.

Customer will be responsible for creating their own Domain name account for transfer and will provide One Cent Wiz Web Consulting with account information to complete transfer.

**One Cent Wiz Web Consulting is not responsible for individual customer training or programs used in maintaining websites. It is the responsibility of the owner to learn how the website, shopping cart and/or associated program applications to maintain websites built by 1centwiz.com.**

This is my Maxx Layout Design... ha ha... This is really one of my little ones, I have three that bug me as I work here at home. The computer desk and work area seem to have invaded their play space in the den, and therefore they attempt to reclaim it every time I am at the computer.
